The Work:- Lead the Oracle Application Management Services (AMS) team to plan, construct, and execute release tests.
- Apply AMS methodologies, principles, and processes to define and implement key metrics for test execution and defect resolution.
- Utilize business and functional knowledge to meet overall AMS objectives.
- Coach and advise AMS team members to ensure high-quality delivery and team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on AMS goals and objectives.
This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Hiring locations are Atlanta, Dallas or Tampa.Here's what you need:- A minimum of 5 years of Oracle Application Management Services (AMS) experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience leading global teams (on-shore/off-shore)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
