Job Overview:In collaboration with the Endoscopy Registered Nurse, the surgical technician will function as a member of the team to organize and administer individualized age-specific care to patients.
Qualifications:Required:
- Must be a Certified Surgical Technologist.
Certifications and Licenses Required :- Current BLS required (American Heart Association)
- Successful completion of all Orientation and Departmental Programs with documentation
Scheduling Requirements :- Full-Time, Day shift (37.5 hours per week)
Essential Functions:- Maintain an environment that facilitates safe patient outcomes.
- Ensure patient's physiologic responses to surgery are as expected in the surgical suite and across the perioperative.
- In collaboration with the perioperative registered nurse, the surgical technician will function as a member of the team to organize and administer individualized age-specific care to patients.
