OR Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) Transplant, Robotics, Urology, General and Pediatrics
Schedule
Monday - Friday Days
Minimum Qualifications
- Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a nationally accredited program required. Master's degree in Nursing or a health related field from a nationally accredited program preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive clinical nursing experience in the operating room; prior nursing leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state or jurisdiction of the facility seeking employment. CPR certification required by completion of introductory period. CNOR certification preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills; ability to manage complexity and lead multidisciplinary collaboration.

USD $112,840.00 - USD $196,996.80 /Yr.
