Wald Pro Services is seeking a passionate, patient-focused Optometrist to join our thriving independently owned, family-operated private practice serving Irvine and Costa Mesa. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice full-scope optometry in two modern, upscale offices with advanced technology, a strong medical foundation, and a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
The growing practice is looking for an Optometrist interested in working in a high-energy, clinically advanced environment while expanding expertise in dry eye management, IPL therapy, specialty contact lenses, and medical optometry. Flexible full-time or part-time opportunities are available.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive eye exams and medical eye care
- Diagnose and manage ocular disease and dry eye conditions
- Provide advanced dry eye and IPL treatment recommendations
- Fit specialty and medically necessary contact lenses, including scleral lenses
- Provide pre- and post-operative care
- Utilize advanced diagnostic technology and EHR systems
- Deliver an elevated patient experience in a modern, tech-forward environment
- Collaborate closely with an experienced clinical and optical team
Who You Are
The ideal candidate is a motivated, patient-centered Optometrist who values both clinical excellence and personalized care. Candidates should be confident managing patients of all ages and interested in practicing full-scope optometry within a progressive private practice environment.
Preferred experience includes:
- Dry eye management and IPL therapy
- Specialty contact lenses and scleral lenses
- Medical optometry
- Myopia management
Residency-trained new graduates and experienced Optometrists are both encouraged to apply.
