Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automated test system and software development
• Expertise in optical or high-speed electronic test systems
• Advanced programming skills for automated test environments (ATE)
• Deep understanding of optical component testing and manufacturing
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar
• Proven collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Support volume manufacturing by debugging and enhancing automated test systems
• Drive capital efficiency through test time reduction and yield improvement
• Enhance fault isolation and troubleshooting for manufacturing issue resolution
• Conduct failure analysis and root cause identification for components and field returns
• Assist in new product introduction through testing of prototypes and pilot builds
• Lead test system setup and ongoing support at partner sites
