The Vice President is responsible for modeling and advancing the organization's four core pillars-Employee Morale,
Client Retention, Client Growth, and Profitability-to ensure the consistent delivery of Five Star Service. This executive role provides day-to-day leadership and management of the branch and is accountable for the development,
implementation, and execution of the branch's strategic vision and long-term planning initiatives.
In partnership with the President, the Vice President oversees, analyzes, and directs internal operations with a strong
emphasis on operational efficiency and profitability. The role also maintains a professional and exemplary public
presence, including participation in external events and support of both immediate and future organizational objectives.
The Vice President oversees designated departments as outlined in the organizational structure and/or as assigned by
the President; therefore, specific responsibilities may vary based on organizational needs. Regardless of assignment, the Vice President is expected to demonstrate superior leadership capabilities and exceptional communication skills,
working effectively with personnel at all levels to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace
culture. The role also maintains a professional and exemplary public presence, including participation in external events and support of both immediate and future organizational objectives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities - Provide leadership and oversight of general branch operations
- Offer direction and guidance to assigned divisions and direct reports through effective communication, regular
touch-bases, and performance check-ins
- Monitor progress toward overarching goals and strategic initiatives for the branch
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, clients, and vendors
- Assist with strategic planning, business development, and fiscal operations at the branch level
- Perform other duties as assigned
Compensation:109,000 - 116,888/annually; direct experience highly considered.

Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree required
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred
- 10+ years of directly related or closely related experience
- 7-10 years of management and/or supervisory experience leading teams
- 7-10 years of community management experience
