Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do: - Support the operational needs of the hardware development product line through organizing and managing resources required for successful business execution. Those resources include facilities, staffing, capital budgets, and overhead budgets.
- Monitor current resource usage and project future resource requirements, recommending solutions to business leaders.
- Manage staffing processes wholistically with an understanding of road maps and organization growth strategy to shape team based on future needs. Work closely with business execution stakeholders (Product Line, Strategic Business Unit and Strategic Capabilities Unit) to evaluate staffing data and communicate tactical and strategic staffing needs and solutions.
- Assess resource data using a variety of internal and commercial tools including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft SharePoint then prepare and present periodic reports and insights for strategic planning.
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of organization policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals.
- Ensure the efficient and effective management of company assets.
- Support the effort to maximize Product Line communications effectiveness through use of email, SharePoint, Teams and other internal resources.
- Assist in managing needs for secure personnel working with Program Security Office to obtain clearances and program access. Manage need for secure facilities collaborating with facilities managers.
- Support regular meetings with business stakeholders to manage business processes and initiatives and lead or coordinate changes and enhancements.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Perform other duties as necessary.
On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working
on-site five days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.
Working Conditions: - Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor.
Required Skills and Education- Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of related experience.
- Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education.
- Demonstrated success performing tasks relevant to the position requirements.
- A history of performance as a self-starter, having excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to work well with others in a dynamic setting, set goals, hold people accountable, and ensure team-members have what they need to be successful.
- Ability to engage across multiple efforts concurrently.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office, collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, Cisco Webex), MS SharePoint.

A DoW Interim Secret clearance will be required to start work and required to be maintained to continue work. Higher level clearance or access with Polygraph is not required to be eligible for this position. However, the applicant must be willing and eligible for submission, depending on program requirements, after an offer is accepted and must be able to maintain the applicable clearance/access.
