Qualifications

• 4 years of work experience or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for all leadership levels.
• Highly motivated with a solution-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
• Proficient in business and financial management, especially regarding scope and budget.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
• Current Secret clearance with ability to obtain Special Access Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead operations content for the ACES program as an Operations Program Manager I.
• Monitor and manage program performance against the baseline plan focusing on quality, schedule, and cost.
• Provide clear and concise data presentations to management from operational data.
• Participate actively in project and team meetings, guiding various functional areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and improve processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Track costs using established tools, presenting budgetary performance and variance explanations.
• Foster teamwork among personnel involved in different program phases.
