Operations Supervisor - JLL

What this job involves:

As Operations Supervisor, you'll focus on managing vendor services through our CMMS platform while delivering superior customer service to our clients. You'll oversee all site CMMS service performance, processes, and quality standards for Corrigo Planning and Work Order services, driving innovation and cost efficiency while dramatically enhancing the customer experience. Your role involves owning quality assurance programs, exceeding scoring metrics outlined in Client and Vendor contracts, and managing critical customer relationships. You'll work closely with the Facility Manager to ensure contract compliance, budget management, and audit readiness across multi-building facilities. The ideal candidate brings experience from pharmaceutical, service provider, or property care environments managing maintenance operations across multiple buildings.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  • Ensure client satisfaction across all organizational levels by demonstrating leadership, responsiveness, and creative problem-solving in facilities management operations
  • Assist the Facility Manager with maintenance budget development and KPI metrics tracking, obtain quotes for new services and multi-year contractor agreements, and report monthly budget forecasts versus actuals
  • Manage contract performance for recurrent service vendors, execute building inspections and monthly job-walks with vendors to verify contracted scope fulfillment, and ensure all work meets standard operating procedures, codes, and regulations
  • Oversee people management including coaching and guiding employees, executing Safety First workplace culture, developing continuous improvement initiatives, and leading incident investigations
  • Track maintenance records for satellite sites, manage staff escorting service providers, coordinate small-scale preventive maintenance, and ensure areas and processes maintain optimum audit readiness and compliance conditions
  • Manage cost expense development for all labor, supplies, and contracted services to meet or exceed budgeted targets through procurement planning, improved labor efficiency, and increased self-performance capabilities
  • Collaborate with soft services teams, client managers, area leads, and central team resources to develop and implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and increase productivity


Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, service provider, or property care environments managing multi-building maintenance operations
  • Strong contract performance management skills with proven ability to manage vendor relationships and service level agreements
  • Proficiency with CMMS platforms, specifically Corrigo Planning and Work Order services, for managing maintenance operations and tracking performance metrics
  • Demonstrated people management abilities including coaching, decision-making, root cause analysis, and leadership in fostering continuous improvement cultures
  • Available 24/7 to respond to building emergencies or contractor work performed after hours


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Budget management experience including forecasting, variance reporting, and cost control strategies
  • Knowledge of Life Cycle Asset Management Programs and their implementation in facilities operations
  • Experience conducting building inspections, vendor audits, and ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness
  • Strong communication skills for collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups including clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Track record of implementing innovative solutions that drive operational efficiency and reduce long-term operating costs


Location: Onsite

Work Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Estimated compensation for this position:

87,100.00 - 126,100.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
