Full Job Description
Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Operations & Site Services Administrator. This role is located out of Franskville, WI.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $69000 - $101000 a year.

What you'll do:

At Eaton's Thomas A. Edison Technical Center (TAETC), you'll play a pivotal role in keeping a world-class engineering and research facility running smoothly. This highly visible position sits at the center of facility operations, capital planning, purchasing, logistics, business systems, and environmental health and safety activities. You'll collaborate with leaders, engineers, laboratory teams, and global support functions to ensure critical projects, resources, and processes are executed efficiently - making a direct impact on innovation, operational excellence, and the future of the TAETC.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a key site resource for capital project administration, coordinating capital planning, approvals, project tracking, and asset management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support facility and laboratory operations through purchasing activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, vendor coordination, and indirect material procurement.
• Coordinate site shipping and receiving activities, including logistics, package management, and customs-related processes.
• Act as a site resource for SAP and business system processes, supporting purchasing, invoice reconciliation, payment resolution, and transaction accuracy.
• Provide administrative support for facility operations, including security access, badge administration, key control, mail services, and site events.
• Support Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS/MESH) programs through documentation management, change control tracking, chemical inventory administration, contractor compliance activities, and routine inspections.
• Partner with local and global teams to drive operational effectiveness, process compliance, and continuous improvement across the site.

Qualifications:

Basic (Required) Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• Two years of experience in supply chain, facilities, EHS, shipping/receiving, or in site administration
• There is no relocation on this role. Candidate must reside within 50 miles of the Franksville, WI site. Active Duty Military are exempt from the geographical limitation.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Two or more years of experience working in an administrator role at a laboratory, manufacturing, or office site is a plus.
• Two or more years of experience working with SAP would be helpful.

Position Criteria:
• Computer knowledge and the ability to use Microsoft Office tools and utilize the computer to analyze and solve complex problems.
• Excellent oral, interpersonal and written skills with the ability to effectively communicate.
• Detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work to deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
