The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner with leadership and cross functional team to develop programs and projects to create and improve KLA Service processes and infrastructure to drive business strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate project schedule and strategies with other project owners. Interface with KLA Services functional teams: New Products, Technical Support, Install, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, and across KLA's manufacturing, product divisions, and quality teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement systems and process improvements to optimize, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational overhead. Conduct end-to-end process modelling, identify improvements, understand dependencies between complex processes and systems, and hand-offs.
  • Technology and Tools Optimization: Advocate for and oversee the implementation of AI tools and systems to improve operational efficiency.
  • Program and Initiative Leadership: Manage activities for the program project plan, track achievements, create and track critical metrics, managing scope/schedule/budget, and providing structured reporting executive leadership. Work closely with and influencing multi-functional and subject matter experts' teams.
  • Drives organizational change: Act as a change agent, driving process changes across the organization, using change management standards and methodologies.
  • Leadership Development: The opportunity for travel domestically and foreign to collaborate with KLA global teams. This candidate will manager 2-3 people as well as cross functional teams.
  • Up to 25% travel

Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP Certified.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management, quality control systems, and methodology (DMAIC, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with Service delivery of capital equipment.
  • Experience with use of AI/LLM tools.
  • Exposure to Enterprise Systems CRM, SAP, ECO management.
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones with a geographically dispersed team.

Base Pay Range: $167,400.00 - $284,600.00 Annually

Primary Location: USA-CA-Milpitas-KLA
