Role: Operations Program Manager Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid) - No Remote hiring allowed FTE with benefits This role is responsible for operational program management of the Outbound Access Protection (OAP) workspace, ensuring reliable service delivery, clear governance, and continuous improvement. The manager will partner closely with the workspace owners and coordinate with internal stakeholders, platform/IT teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities: - Operations: Run day-to-day operations for the program - intake, triage, prioritization, execution tracking, and issue resolution
- Stakeholder management: Partner with business owners and functional teams to gather requirements, clarify scope, and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Governance & controls: Maintain governance - access/permissions, change control, naming/structure standards, documentation, audit readiness
- Backlog & delivery management: Own the backlog; define user stories/tasks, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans; track commitments and outcomes.
- Service management: Establish and report on SLAs (incident response, request turnaround, availability) and drive root-cause analysis and prevention.
- Release & change management: Coordinate releases, regression checks, communications, and post-release validation; maintain release notes and change logs.
- Quality & compliance: Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements; coordinate reviews and approvals as needed.
- Reporting & analytics: Produce weekly/monthly operational reports and actionable insights.
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years in operations/program management, service delivery, or platform administration roles.
- Experience managing a workspace/product area with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and run operating rhythms (intake, weekly triage, planning, status reporting, retros).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate technical details into business impact.
- Experience with ticketing/backlog tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow) and documentation practices.
- Comfortable working with security/compliance requirements - access control, change management, audit trail, etc.
- Ability to lead without authority and drive closure across cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on with senior leadership reporting, governance documents, or process improvements (sanitized, if needed)
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting enterprise analytics or automation platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, data/BI workspaces).
- ITIL familiarity (incident/problem/change) and/or relevant certifications (PMP, Agile/Scrum).
- Experience defining SLAs/SLOs and building operational dashboards (Excel/Power BI).
- Hands-on familiarity with access management and identity concepts (RBAC, groups, least privilege).
