Qualification
  • 5-8 Years of IT Infra Project/Delivery management/coordination experience.
  • Good knowledge/work experience in IT Network infra deployment (Router, Switches, firewall, wireless etc.)
  • Good in Communication, presentation, interpersonal skills and Stakeholder engagement.
  • ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma certification will be preferred.
  • Bachelors in information technology or equivalent.
  • Cloud technology, CCNA, JNCIA certification or equivalent will be preferred.

Project Management & Technical Experience:
  • Experience in solution design and implementation in Infrastructure and Networking domains.
  • Provide Project/Delivery Management services for Network deployments, including
    • Resource planning.
    • Task allocation and planning.
    • Regular project tracking and updates.
  • Manage project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
  • Study Infrastructure deployment procedures and discuss with TPMs/PgM/Planners.
  • Report project analysis using dashboards, reports, and decks.
  • Prepare and update documents like SOP, MOP, Swim line Process diagram etc.
  • Asset management.
  • Forward and reverse logistics (RMA/Returns).
  • Enterprise infrastructure project planning, release management and help desk.
  • Vendor compliance management & program governance via KPI metrics.
  • Strategy and synergy - identify the right resource & new delivery methodology.
  • Adhere to ITIL standards and establish & implement effective programs and processes.
