Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in program management, including planning, executing, and leading the full lifecycle of operational projects.
  • Experience interpreting and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations (e.g., authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) compliance).
  • Experience in safety and health protection, including evaluating risk, defining process controls, and developing EHS programs.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience communicating with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), including Federal, State, and Local Authorities, for notifications and permit conformance.
  • Experience working in data centers or experience with electrical safety protocols.
  • Experience advising, coaching, influencing, and collaborating with employees to achieve positive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) outcomes.
  • Advanced skills in collaboration and project management, alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the full lifecycle of EHS programs, which may extend beyond your immediate team, driving impactful operational and technical improvements.
  • Anticipate issues, propose solutions, and identify needs to develop or improve EHS Operations tools/processes. Evaluate incident data and track corrective actions.
  • Evaluate EHS impact during data center design reviews, equipment, and process changes. Perform EHS risk evaluations and define process controls for new processes.
  • Ensure comprehensive AHJ compliance, manage permits/KPIs. Provide site ownership and drive EHS turn-up of new locations with little supervision, demonstrating complete campus EHS ownership.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, managing dependencies. Own site-based EHS decision-making and serve as a recognized subject matter expert in multiple EHS verticals.
