Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
Preferred qualifications: - Experience in funding operations and utilizing related financial or funding tooling.
- Experience managing projects throughout their lifecycle, from identifying operational opportunities to proposing and driving solutions.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally to align objectives, resolve complex business issues, and influence without authority.
- Experience synthesizing stakeholder requirements and optimizing workflows within complex, multi-system landscapes.
- Experience leveraging AI capabilities and automation to transform manual workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities - Oversee day-to-day funding operations, managing budget governance, finance policy implementation, and approval/payment processes to enable Google.organization to meet global funding goals.
- Provide consultative expertise to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient, effective, and low-friction operational workflows.
- Collaborate with external partners, including vendor operations and Donor-Advised Funds, to set objectives, implement process improvements, and hold vendor teams accountable through metrics and business reviews.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Compliance, Legal, and Partnerships to align goals, drive process improvements, and serve as a domain expert on financial policies.
- Drive change management by developing transition plans, performing implementation risk analyses, providing process training, and creating communication plans.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $136000 - $196000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits
