Job Summary: The Operations Manager will take responsibility for operating an efficient, productive and safe warehouse and transportation departments, while meeting or exceeding daily operational and financial goals.

Essential Functions:

1. Provide strong leadership and management in all processes related to Warehousing and Transportation for Winebow.

2. Provides strategic management related to the development of departmental operations, systems, metrics and personnel.

3. Manages the strategic and tactical operational activities of complex, automated, high volume distribution centers and vehicle fleets.

4. Develops and maintains and intimate knowledge of applicable Warehouse Management Systems, RoadNet systems and peripherals.

5. Manages security and maintenance of facilities.

6. Manages supply chain from incoming receipt to shelf, inventory control, order cycle; picking, shipping, route management, and delivery.

7. Assures timely and cost effective delivery of customer orders in partnership with sales/brand management teams.

8. Drives the team to achieve performance objectives and continuous productivity/efficiency improvement.

9. Support external and internal customers; Customer Service, Sales Support, Brand Management, & Logistics. 1

10. Ensures compliance to all Federal and State regulatory requirements

11. Responsible for a safe work environment; forklift training, monthly safety meetings.

12. Manages Inventory to meet customer requirements; order fill, capacity planning, deployment, forecasting.

13. Participates in the preparation of the annual capital and operational expense budgets.

14. Meets agreed upon operational and financial goals and objectives effectively and in a timely manner.

1. Must demonstrate ability to multi task and work in a fast pace environment.

2. Requires strong leadership skills, knowledge of regulatory and company policy.

3. Strong communication skills across broad network of contacts.

4. Follows all safety policies and procedures; actively makes improvements to processes to ensure highest level of safety.

5. All other duties as assigned. Working Conditions: Normal office environment and warehouse environment. May be subjected to loud noise, temperature and weather extremes, occasional overtime and frequent overnight travel by automobile or commercial airplane. Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 40 lbs., bending, sitting, driving, standing, manual dexterity, reaching, visual acuity.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field OR HS diploma/GED with 10+ years' experience in Distribution/Transportation operations

2. Five years' experience in distribution operations management.

3. Experienced in automated distribution environment.

4. Demonstrated computer skills.

5. Ability to plan and organize.

6. Knowledge and experience with warehouse equipment.

7. Valid Driver's License
