Job Title:Operations Manager
Location:OR - Portland
What you'll do:Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE:WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. The Operations Manager will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations.
Position Location: Hybrid - Portland, OR
- Primary responsibilities (85%+ of team member's time will be dedicated to primary responsibilities)
- Coordinate client requests across 10-member operations team.
- Help lead the design and implementation of next generation knowledge and communication center.
- Time permitting, assist with Salesforce Integration with our Portal, Utilization by internal personnel, and effectiveness of platform.
- Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.
- Help refine processes and policies in areas of operations.
What you'll need: - 5+ years of related experience in Data Analytics & Data Management or similar field.
- Bachelor's degree in business with 7-10 years of work experience in operations, process improvement, or equivalent
- Highly organized, detailed and task oriented
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making and quantitative skills
- Persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiences
- Ability to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborate
- Self-starter who can identify problems, outline solutions, and drive execution
- Advanced knowledge of MS office, especially Excel
- Banking, Fintech, and/or payments experience a plus
- Salesforce experience / knowledge a plus
