Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in Circular Economy work streams, such as Trade-in operations, Certified Pre-Owned, or Refurbished sales businesses.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional, or cross-team projects with significant technical expertise.
  • Experience in the consumer electronics hardware industry, particularly with product lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of the post-sales value chain and experience designing new programs to drive growth in global markets (US, Japan, Europe).
  • Proficiency in utilizing data analytics and financial modeling (Return on Investment/Net Present Value) to drive strategic investment decisions.

You will not only manage timelines and risks but also drive the strategic direction for circular economy initiatives, influencing how our hardware lives on through second and third life cycles.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $188000 - $274000 (USD) 20% bonus target equity benefits

  • Coordinate cross-functional partners across product, supply chain, and engineering to solve complex operational bottlenecks and drive technical implementations.
  • Own large-scale project schedules from start to finish, identifying risks and communicating progress clearly to executive stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Develop and standardize operational workflows for global CPO programs, focusing on key markets including the US, Japan, and Europe.
  • Drive continuous process improvements in the post-sales value chain, utilizing data analytics to uphold data integrity and uncover strategic insights.
