The Role IMG Licensing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support reporting, systems, contract administration, and cross-functional coordination across a dynamic portfolio of licensing programs. What you'll do:- Prepare and maintain business, pipeline, and performance reporting for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage deal tracking and contract-related administration, including documentation collection, system updates, and coordination with legal, operations, and business development teams.
- Maintain accurate client, deal, and royalty reporting data across internal systems and document repositories.
- Coordinate with licensees and internal teams on approvals, reporting requirements, legal documentation, and operational follow-up.
- Support process improvement initiatives and partner with operations leadership and IT teams to enhance workflows and reporting tools.
What we're looking for:- 5+ years of experience in licensing operations, business operations, contract administration, financial reporting support, or a similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, linked workbooks, charts, and data analysis.
- Experience with CRM, contract management, royalty reporting, or similar enterprise systems.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, marketing, or a related field preferred.

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$75,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$100,000 annually
