Your Job

As the Operations Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the facility by driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while developing high-performing teams. You will partner across functions to improve operational efficiency, strengthen processes, and ensure the site meets business objectives and customer expectations.

What You Will Do

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure business processes are efficient, effective, safe, compliant, and aligned with business goals and customer expectations
  • Lead, train, coach, and supervise operational staff to build capability, accountability, and operational discipline
  • Develop, implement, and sustain operational policies, procedures, best practices, and operating systems that improve consistency, visibility, and execution
  • Establish, monitor, and analyze performance metrics and site KPIs, using data-driven decision making to improve productivity, profitability, quality, delivery, cost, and throughput
  • Drive continuous improvement, problem-solving, and process optimization initiatives to reduce waste, improve workflows, and increase operational effectiveness
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control initiatives, and resource allocation to support operational priorities and business performance
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, finance, sales, supply chain, engineering, and other teams to support business needs and remove barriers to execution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality systems, industry regulations, safety standards, and applicable customer requirements
  • Identify operational risks, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues or resource needs as appropriate


Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, operations, logistics, warehousing, or production environment
  • Experience managing and developing employees or frontline teams
  • Experience using operational metrics, reporting, or data analysis to drive business results
  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, or cost-control initiatives


What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations, supply chain, finance, or engineering
  • MBA or advanced degree in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
