Impact
You will coordinate employee experience operations across multiple locations for the Motive-ARPG team. You will ensure consistent, high-quality support for teams while enabling leaders to understand workforce trends and plan for future needs.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate employee experience operations across locations
  • Align team practices, workflows, and organizational experience
  • Analyze team structure, capacity metrics, and workforce needs
  • Act as primary contact for partner sites and local teams
  • Coordinate communications, events, and site-level updates
  • Manage logistics for employee-related operational activities
  • Support feedback programs (surveys, workshops, retrospectives)
  • Translate feedback into tracked actions and improvements
  • Coordinate training programs, logistics, and participation tracking
  • Support onboarding consistency across teams and locations
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR on workforce planning
  • Oversee travel and expense processes, budgets, and reporting
