Minimum Qualifications:- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, .
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards compliance requirements
- Proven experience managing multi-site operations and leading diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in operations management
- Proven track record of leading large teams and managing complex logistics operations.

Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations across multiple sites to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Develop and implement operation strategies that align with company goals and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff to foster a high-performance culture and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and customer service teams to coordinate seamless supply chain activities.
- Analyze metrics and prepare reports to inform leadership and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
