NexGen is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all concrete Project management operations Nationwide.

What we expect... (Essential Functions)
  • Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
  • Conduct basic contract review
  • Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances;initiating corrective actions for the corporate office and executive operations
  • Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements,
    and equipment layout; implement changes
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, reporting, and enforcing
    standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
  • Onboarding introductions to new hires, safety debrief, etc.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional
    publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
  • Meet or exceed operations labor budget for the corporate office
  • Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues for the corporate office management staff
  • Run a safe, injury/accident free workplace
  • Manage relationships with key operations vendors
  • Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
  • Work closely with management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems
    and to follow through with implementation.
  • Communicate all operating policies and/or issues at department meetings
  • Organize and manage schedules for the executive team
  • Screen and prepare correspondence and presentations for the executive teams
  • Prepare travel arrangements for the executive team
  • Coordinate business engagements and morale events for the corporate staff
