Job DescriptionOperations Manager Clean Harbors is looking for an Operations Manager to join our new data center services team. This individual will lead field operations for data center construction , specialty mechanical support, commissioning - mechanical flushing, chemical passivation, water filtration, and industrial cleaning - while ensuring every job is delivered safely, on schedule, and in full complianceto join their team! This individual will be responsible for managing operations at the branch.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities- Ensures Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Manage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversite of Clean Harbors/HPC employees.
- Ensure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized.
- Develop, monitor and measure against operational and financial KPI's.
- Establish processes to measure performance of all personnel to continuously improve performance levels.
- Ensure infrastructure and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and are able to perform well in their jobs.
- Develop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
QualificationsQualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related required.
- 5-7 years' relevant experience in one of our lines of business. (Chemical cleaning, Water Filtration and Special Mechanical) Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
- Ability to travel 50%.
