Are you an experienced operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment where customer satisfaction, profitability, and team performance all matter?

Window Nation is looking for an Operations Manager to lead our Installation Services team. In this role, you'll oversee daily branch operations, develop high-performing teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional installation experience.

What You'll Do

As the Operations Manager, you'll lead every aspect of branch installation operations while balancing customer satisfaction, financial performance, and team development.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Lead all daily installation operations for the branch
  • Manage installation schedules, workflow, and operational efficiency
  • Drive branch profitability while managing expenses and budgets
  • Own branch P&L performance and margin improvement initiatives
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain appropriate staffing levels
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, and Regional Leadership to ensure seamless project execution
  • Improve installation quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify operational challenges, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, licensing, and safety requirements
  • Help standardize best practices across the region

Qualifications

Required
  • 7+ years of operations or service industry experience
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams
  • 3+ years managing branch financials and P&L performance
  • Experience improving operational efficiency and process execution
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience managing installation, construction, or field service operations
  • Experience recruiting and managing subcontractors or independent installers
  • Knowledge of residential construction, window/door installation, or building codes
  • Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or CRM experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
