Qualifications

• 5-10 years of industrial experience, preferably in rigging or power generation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong focus on team development.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in training or mentoring colleagues in a professional setting.
• Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks, along with physical assessments.
• Preferred college degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Branch Manager to manage daily operations effectively.
• Lead, coach, and develop field personnel to foster a motivated and capable team.
• Coordinate job schedules and resources for seamless project execution.
• Identify and implement improvements for efficiency, safety, and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet customer needs and ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, including DOT regulations and SOPs.
• Develop and oversee training plans to equip team members with necessary skills and knowledge.
