Job Title: Operations Leader - Manufacturing
Job Description
This role leads multiple operations teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, driving process improvements, cost savings, and strong employee engagement. The Operations Leader applies critical thinking and proven problem-solving skills to optimize production, implement lean manufacturing practices, and support a collaborative, team-based culture.
Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple operations teams and departments within a manufacturing environment to achieve production, quality, and efficiency goals.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership by motivating, engaging, and developing personnel at all levels.
  • Utilize critical thinking and structured problem-solving techniques to resolve operational issues in a fast-paced setting.
  • Drive process improvements across operations by applying lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Collaborate within a team-based organization, serving as a team member, subject matter expert, or team lead to implement operational enhancements.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining or improving product quality and service levels.
  • Use ERP systems to manage and monitor production, inventory, and other key operational data.
  • Leverage Excel proficiency to analyze operational metrics, prepare reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of employee engagement, accountability, and collaboration across all teams.
