About the roleAs a
Operations Lead, you will bring our mission to life in the physical world. You'll travel across your region, setting up kiosks, installing Orbs, and ensuring every location is online, operational, and operator-ready. You'll work directly with the Operations Manager, local partners, and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries, troubleshoot issues, and guarantee the highest standards of quality and uptime.
This is a hands-on, travel-intensive role suited for those who love building, fixing, and problem-solving in fast-moving environments.
Responsibilities:- Set up, configure, and service Orbs at new and existing verification sites
- Ensure each site meets launch-readiness standards (power, connectivity, signage, safety)
- Train Orb Operators and store associates to operate and troubleshoot basic issues
- Partner with logistics to receive and ship hardware efficiently
- Conduct site audits and assist in ongoing maintenance and servicing routines
- Communicate status updates and escalation reports promptly to HQ and Manager
Qualifications:- 3 years of experience in field operations, installation, or launch environments
- Technical curiosity - you're comfortable connecting devices and solving practical issues
- Excellent communication and organization under pressure
- A "builder's mindset": resourceful, proactive, and unafraid to get hands-on
- Willingness to travel near-constantly during rollout waves

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from
$157,500 - $185,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
