The RoleWe're looking for an operations lead to take on special projects and make Doji run smoothly. This role is in-person from our office in NYC.
As Operations Lead you will...- Work directly with our founders to execute impactful special projects
- Manage customer support and ensure quality and timely responses
- Analyze data and support and extract meaningful user insights and improve our product
- Manage contractor teams for AI data collection and product curation
- QA our product & AI training data pipeline
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and user experience
