What the Role Entails
About WorkSolo
WorkSolo is a professional creation tool built for AI creators. It empowers independent creators, studios, and creative professionals with AI-native workflows to ideate, produce, and publish high-quality content - from concept to final output. As we scale internationally, we're looking for a seasoned operations leader to grow and cultivate our global AI creator community.Key Responsibilities
1. User Operations
- Design and execute full-funnel user operations strategies covering acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization for overseas markets
- Build data-driven user insight systems; define and track core metrics (DAU, MAU, retention rate, LTV, conversion)
- Run A/B tests and lifecycle campaigns to optimize user engagement across the platform
2. Product Operations
- Serve as the voice of the international user to the product and engineering teams; synthesize feedback into actionable insights
- Drive feature adoption through localized operational campaigns, tutorials, and onboarding programs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and data teams to prioritize market-specific requirements
3. Community Operations
- Build, grow, and manage creator communities across platforms (Discord, Reddit, X/Twitter, YouTube, TikTok)
- Identify, recruit, and nurture KOLs, KOCs, and UGC/PGC creators; design tiered creator programs and ambassador initiatives
- Organize community events, creator challenges, themed campaigns, and beta programs to drive engagement
- Deeply familiar with OPC (Open Platform Creator) ecosystems and creator incentive structures
4. Media & Social Operations
- Own WorkSolo's overseas social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter); develop content calendar and brand voice
- Collaborate with creators on UGC campaigns and co-creation initiatives
- Track and report on content performance; optimize publishing strategy based on data
5. AIGC Ecosystem Development
- Stay at the forefront of the global AI creator tools ecosystem (workflows, toolchains, emerging platforms, and creator behavior trends); understand how AI creators discover, adopt, and evangelize creation tools
- Identify and execute strategic partnerships with creator platforms, AI tool communities, and content distribution channels
- Represent WorkSolo at industry events, creator conferences, and AIGC community gatherings
Who We Look For
Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in user/product/community/social media operations within tech, entertainment, or AIGC platforms
- Deep familiarity with the global AI creator tools landscape - including generation tools (Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Kling), creation workflow tools (Notion AI, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly), and creator platform ecosystems (YouTube Studio, TikTok Creator Marketplace, Patreon)
- Proven track record of building and managing creator/UGC communities from early stage
- Hands-on experience with Western social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, X)
- Strong data literacy; comfortable using analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, etc.)
- Experience with OPC (Open Platform Creator) programs or equivalent creator partnership ecosystems is strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus for HQ collaboration
- Self-starter with startup mentality; comfortable operating with ambiguity in an early-stage international expansion

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $97,500.00 to $183,500.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee's tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year.Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may also be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
