Position: Operations Implementation Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Brew Crew Opportunity

Our Americas Brew Crew is seeking a Manager, Ops Implementation, to foster effective interdepartmental working relationships and ensure strong execution of product and equipment roll outs to cafés, while identifying process improvements to increase guest satisfaction and optimize financial returns. This position will report to the Director of Operational Excellence

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
• Work cross-functionally to provide field-level feedback and recommendations for process and performance improvement, while implementing new and improved processes, policies, and training as needed.
• Lead large brand level One System projects, communications, and engagement meetings
• Lead store process improvement initiatives including equipment, capacity management, store design, and workflow
• Support One System test fits, remodels, and new store opening management
• Coordinate Operations-focused capital projects or phases of projects; ensure that the projects achieve the expected results and payback within the specified timeframe and on budget
• Support new seasonal window roll outs and product testing
• Partner with and lead relationships with vendors, using analytics and negotiation to improve operating expenses
• Manage and update labor modeling, labor matrix, and Café Deployment models
• Support our Total Quality Experience and Food Safety processes while identifying and resolving the gaps in our Operations processes

Your Ingredients
• Five years of experience in field management within the Hospitality Industry
• Minimum three years of experience in Operations Management, Specialist or leadership role, preferably in the Hospitality Industry
• Proficient in concise written and verbal communication that portrays the company message and provides clear direction
• Ability to identify and communicate needs through financial metrics and business cases in order to advocate for improvement within the organization
• Skilled in identifying the most effective way to complete tasks and preparing for how to overcome unexpected difficulties
• Project management skills
• Exceptional time management capabilities to determine what is important and urgent while managing multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously
• Ability to improve the speed of decision-making by clarifying and setting goals, sharing perspectives, identifying options, and creating consensus toward next steps
• Foster effective interdepartmental working relationships to gain multiple perspectives on various projects, maintain alignment within the Home Office, Franchising, and Company Owned Field Operations and maximize the effectiveness of contributions to the overall organization
• Proficient in: Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
