Quality Overhead Door is seeking an organized, customer-focused leader to oversee daily office operations, customer experience, scheduling, and administrative functions for our growing company.

This is not a traditional office position. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, improving processes, supporting a team, and helping drive business success. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident communicating with customers, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

As the Operations & Customer Experience Manager, you will serve as the central hub of the business and play a critical role in ensuring customers receive exceptional service while supporting efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming customer inquiries and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
  • Coordinating schedules for service technicians and installation teams.
  • Overseeing daily office operations and workflow management.
