Full Job Description
Citibank, N.A. seeks an Operations Core Project Lead Analyst for its Tampa, FL location.

DUTIES: Work with business requirements of securities settlement and asset servicing operations as well as various projects related to the business. Resolve issues related to system enhancements and developments. Handle upgrades, security measures, and performance optimization to enhance overall efficiency and user experience. Reconcile and process positions related to Citi's Corporate Actions events such as dividends, stock splits, rights, and bonus issues. Coordinate communications, notifications, and postings for Corporate Actions and Proxy events. Provide effective operational and testing support to users across the region on the main systems that are centralized for storing and managing critical information, data and processes. Apply expertise to operations and businesses during initiation, definition, construction, validation, testing, implementation, and handover stages of projects such as regression, performance and security testing for validation of functionality and data integration. Set client expectations and anticipate operational and tactical risks and track them. Clarify, identify, and track requirements and issues, remove barriers, resolve minor project issues, and escalate unsolvable project issues as necessary. Perform test planning, test case creation, test execution, performance testing and providing User Acceptance testing support. Efficiently deploy, operate, and maintain all systems and procedures with a focus on people, processes, and platforms. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation identifying and resolving issues related to system or process enhancements. Six (6) years of experience must include: Building and troubleshooting Jira and Confluence automation workflows, including identifying, documenting, and implementing process enhancements to eliminate repetitive manual tasks; Documenting user journeys and driving improvements to Jira-based solutions, including planning and execution of Agile sprints; Handling end-to-end planning and execution of projects using Agile methodologies; Performing reconciliation and exception management in financial operations environments, including analyzing transaction breaks, resolving data discrepancies, and improving exception handling processes through structured tools and controls; and Documenting and optimizing full process workflows for both cash and securities settlements, including gap analysis, stakeholder feedback collection, and implementation of workflow improvements. 40 hrs./wk.
