As the Office of the CTO Operations Coordinator, youll be the glue that holds everything together. Youll work closely with leadership and key teams to ensure our operations are seamless, efficient, and always ahead of the curve. From managing schedules to coordinating projects, youll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the wheels turning. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, thrives under pressure, and is always two steps ahead.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Be the right hand to our leadership team, managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements like a pro.
  • Keep operations on track by coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Act as the ultimate problem-solver, anticipating needs and finding creative solutions to challenges.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through.
  • Assist with event planning, team activities, and other special projects that keep our culture thriving.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in operations, high-level administrative support, or human resources.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneNote, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S Government issued Security Clearance. Per the U.S. Governments eligibility requirements, you must be a U.S Citizen to be considered for a security clearance.
