Lead daily tracking, valuation, and marking of alternative investments, including funds of funds, directs, and sports teams using NAV and IRR adjustments.
Prepare founder's daily net worth, P&L, and liquidity report for a multi-billion-dollar portfolio across all assets and liabilities.
Generate quarterly tear sheets with fund performance metrics, historical data, and commentary using Burgiss MSCI tools.
Reconcile trades, cash, and position differences with prime brokers across asset classes including CLOs and private trades.
Support deal closings by reviewing allocations, verifying documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating wire transfers.
Maintain ongoing deal activity in internal systems, including accruals, paydowns, borrows, and participations.
Enhance operational workflows by implementing tools such as Duco, Burgiss, Jira, and Canoe.
