Full Job Description
In a context of growing service delivery capacity, we are looking for a candidate to act as Operations and Resource Manager - SAP Program. This person will ensure the smooth delivery of our SAP engagement for our client by managing the entire staffing process, maintaining an optimal level of service delivery, and ensuring strong daily coordination with teams and stakeholders located around the world.

The candidate will communicate effectively with the client through strong leadership and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will ensure alignment between the resources deployed at our client and the profiles requested. You will support team engagement by mobilizing and motivating them, resolving performance issues, optimizing operations, and proposing innovative ideas, including the adoption of artificial intelligence.

As the main link between our organization and the client, you will help maintain trust, ensure service quality, and identify opportunities to expand our presence in emerging technology areas.

Here is how you will be involved:

Operational excellence
• Oversee the delivery of LGS services and ensure the quality of execution.
• Report to the LGS project governance team.
• Ensure that resources remain motivated and engaged throughout the project.
• Develop strategies to optimize resource management and reduce project costs.
• Act as an AI Champion to encourage the adoption and integration of artificial intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with external partners, FutureNow sites around the world, and the client.

Client relations and governance
• Actively participate in meetings with the client.
• Propose operational improvement initiatives tailored to the project's needs.
• Manage resource-related escalations by providing concrete and effective solutions.
• Identify opportunities to expand and enhance service delivery with the client.

Performance and engagement
• Monitor the performance of resources assigned to the project.
• Propose coaching and continuous improvement plans.
• Strengthen team engagement by organizing service team and global team meetings.
• Promote learning by leading knowledge-sharing sessions.

Staffing and recruitment
• Work closely with recruitment and workforce management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Actively participate in the project staffing process, including candidate validation, interviews, and résumé enhancement.
• Contribute to daily reporting to the executive team.
• Take part in resource onboarding and knowledge transfer.

Your experience:
• 5 to 10 years of experience in service delivery, project coordination, staffing, or resource management in a SAP environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and concrete experience in staffing or recruitment.
• Proven experience in a large project or large-enterprise environment.
• Bilingual in French and English, as you will collaborate with resources located outside the province of Quebec.
