Works under minimal direction to analyze Transplant Services Center operations, design and maintain data systems, and deliver actionable insights that drive efficiency, performance improvement, and compliance. This role integrates operational process analysis with data development and reporting to support leadership decision making and strategic initiatives.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

    Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Healthcare Information, Statistics, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

JOB DUTIES
  • Analyze departmental workflows, systems, and resource utilization to identify opportunities for efficiency and performance improvement.
  • Document business processes, system requirements, and operational controls to support standardization and automation.
  • Develops, cultivates, and maintains working relationships with internal and external organizations associated with Transplant Services Center.
  • Serve as the departmental owner for performance reporting and analytics, collaborating with Data Development to design and maintain data solutions specific to Transplant Services
  • Develop Data policies and report definitions for the Transplant Services Center.
  • Abstract, validate, reconcile, and analyze data to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Create recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for leadership, regulatory, and operational needs.
  • Monitor data trends and translate findings into clear insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support financial, operational, and regulatory reporting through standardized data definitions, documentation, and controls.
  • Partner with department leadership to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Integrate data analysis with operational insights to support productivity measurement, outcome tracking, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Manage multiple analytical and improvement projects simultaneously, including scope, timelines, and coordination of contributors.
  • Identify, prioritize, and oversee operational improvement initiatives based on performance trends, data analysis, and identified system gaps.
  • Provide guidance and education to staff and leaders on data interpretation, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
  • Support preparation and submission of required internal and external reports, including compliance related documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding data, processes, and improvement initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
