This opportunity resides with Global Security (GS). Mission Technologies' Global Security (GS) group comprises live, virtual, constructive (LVC) solutions; fleet sustainment; nuclear and environmental; and Australia business.

Who We Are

HII Mission Technologies is actively seeking a highly motivated and specialized Operations Analyst to join our Navy
Integrated Training Environment (NITE) Team. This critical role directly supports the advancement of U.S. Navy and Joint force readiness by focusing on the planning, execution, and assessment of complex training exercises within cutting-edge Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) environments.

The successful candidate will provide essential operational, technical, and analytical support to integrate and optimize LVC solutions. You will be instrumental in ensuring our warfighters are prepared for the complex, all domain conflicts of the future by translating operational needs into effective, integrated training scenarios.

What You Will Do

  • Basic Combat Information Center watch standing skills, to include log keeping, electronic communication, Electronic Warfare watch hierarchy, shift work, and script execution ISO exercises.
  • Operate and communicate via VHF, UHF, HF and other tactical voice systems.
  • Execute land operations on San Clemente Island (must be tolerant of exposure of dust).
  • Execute eight-hour Range Support Craft (RSC) operations IVO San Clemente Island.
  • Compile post-exercise debrief products. (video, audio, electronic snapshots, into a single digital file).
  • Provide Electronic Warfare (CTT/CTR) electronic injects.


What You Must Have

  • 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.
  • Candidate must have proven Military Officer Sub-Specialist designation experience.
  • Candidate must have military EW/ELINT operational experience.
  • Candidate must have Navy Enlisted Classification in EW/IO.
  • Candidate must have basic computer networking to conduct remote operation with networked assets.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of Navy operational and administrative procedures and directives.
  • Candidate must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain an Interim Security Clearance (or transfer) in a timely manner and maintain a US Government (DoD) Secret Clearance for this position on the SCORE Contract.
  • Candidate must have the ability to travel (about 30%).
  • Candidate must have scheduling flexibility (Ability to do shift work throughout all of the 24 hours of the day)

  • Electromagnetic wave propagation principles experience.
  • ELINT database management experience.
  • NEC CTT/CTR/CTM ratings experience.


Physical Requirements

Minimal mobility, dexterity, or coordination required to operate common business machines. Maximum lifting required is approximately 40 pounds from floor to three feet in height.
