Operations Analyst - Local to Pittsburgh, PA

Position Description:

It's an opportunity to become a trusted "go to" person for the leadership team: someone who connects the dots, keeps important priorities moving, and helps translate strategy into execution. Because the role touches so many parts of the business, you'll build relationships across the organization and develop a much broader understanding of CGI than you would in a more traditional analyst role.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Participates in strategy, business planning and operations meetings to capture pertinent information, action items, punch lists and monitor project plans.
. Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to support the successful execution of BU and Operations strategies.
. Manages the end-to-end execution of the annual Voice of Our Client (VOC) and Voice of Our Partner (VOP) initiatives, including planning, reporting and follow up activities.
. Develops executive level presentations and materials for business planning, quarterly operations reviews, All Hands meetings, Annual Tour and other leadership meetings.
. Designs, supports, and manages leadership offsites, BU engagement events, office events (All Hands meetings, Annual Tour, etc.), including working with outside vendors for event planning logistics.
. Tracks and reports key performance indicators (KPIs), business goals, operational trends and efficiency metrics during weekly and monthly business reviews. Identifies risks and shares best practices

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
. Minimum of four years' experience in a related field of study
. Strong oral and written communication skills
. Positive attitude with a collaborative, proactive approach
. Ability to influence and build relationships with leadership team members
. Strong interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
. Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of business operations and financial principles

. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative data

Preferred qualifications:
. Tableau and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) experience.
. Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $58,000.00 $123,800.00.
