THE ROLE

Propel enterprise operational readiness across Everpure by operating the core execution engine of our global resilience program. As an Operational Resilience Specialist, you will drive the end-to-end consistency, throughput, and accuracy of critical Business Impact Assessments (BIAs), Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs), and issue tracking systems. Partnering cross-functionally with system owners, IT operations, and risk leadership, you ensure our risk profile remains transparent and actionable, directly safeguarding organizational business continuity at scale.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Drive Assessment Execution & Risk Visibility: Partner with system and application owners to conduct thorough Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and Technical Impact Assessments (TIAs), establishing clear recovery objectives, critical business process dependencies, and risk baselines across the organization.
  • Maintain Business Continuity Readiness: Facilitate the development, regular updates, and quality assurance of Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) to ensure alignment between evolving operational environments and business continuity requirements.
  • Maintain Disaster Recovery Readiness: Facilitate the development, regular updates, testing, and quality assurance of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRPs) and related recovery procedures.
  • Coordinate Backup and Restore Readiness: Work with IT operations, system owners, and application teams to validate backup coverage, retention, restore procedures, and recovery dependencies.
  • Manage Corrective Action & Escalation Pipelines: Direct the lifecycle tracking of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) arising from incidents, tabletop exercises, and audits, directly engaging action item owners to resolve delays and maintain accurate remediation records.
  • Oversee Tool Integrity & System Reporting: Administer data entry and ongoing maintenance within Everpure's enterprise governance and resilience tools, performing regular quality audits to provide leadership with clean, decision-ready compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate Resilience Exercises & Process Improvement: Lead logistics, participant coordination, and documentation for simulation exercises, capturing output metrics and refining standard operating templates to continually elevate program delivery.

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Execution & Ownership Discipline: Proven track record of managing multiple operational deliverables to closure with high detail orientation, structured follow-through, and reliable data management.
  • Disaster Recovery & Backup/Recovery Expertise: Practical working experience supporting disaster recovery planning, testing, DRPs, and recovery procedures, along with strong knowledge of backup, restore, and recovery workflows, including backup coverage, retention, validation steps, recovery dependencies, and RTO/RPO considerations.
  • Information Systems & System Administration Knowledge: Strong grasp of business continuity and IT infrastructure concepts, including how core enterprise applications, system relationships, infrastructure components, and technical dependencies interconnect.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on collaborative stakeholder management, enabling clear documentation, alignment on expectations, and efficient follow-ups.
  • Data & Systems Mastery: Demonstrated proficiency with GRC/BCM tracking systems, databases, or analytical spreadsheets, paired with the analytical mindset needed to keep complex data sets organized and audit-ready.
  • Work Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the {{OFFICE_LOCATION}} office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
