Overview
The Operational Program Manager is responsible for comprehensive coordination and oversight of multiple clinical and operational programs, including eConsults, Genetics- Breast Cancer and Colon Cancer pathways, regional vaccine clinics, Lumentics, and monthly QGenda statistical reporting. This role serves as the primary liaison for Riverside Medical Group supply chain initiatives leading data collection, developing business cases and ROI analyses, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Additionally, the manager serves as the VAT (Value Analysis Team) representative, driving initiative, execution, supporting product and equipment evaluations, and coordinating the advancement of key projects across service lines. Through strong analytical insight, cross functional collaboration, and effective program leadership, this position ensures operational continuity, program performance, and strategic value for the medical group.

What you will do
  • Coordinate and manage all operational aspects of assigned programs, including e Consults, Genetics - Breast Cancer and Colon Cancer pathways. Lead planning, execution, and performance tracking for annual regional vaccine clinics. Oversee and maintain Lumentics workflows and program deliverables. Prepare, review, and distribute monthly QGenda statistical reports to leadership.
  • Analyze, compile, and validate operational metrics and KPIs across service lines to support Monthly Business Review reporting. Identify performance trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities using data driven insights. Develop dashboards, summaries, and recommendations for practice and service line leaders.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for Riverside Medical Group supply chain initiatives. Conduct data collection, cost analysis, and ROI development for product, equipment, and operational business cases. Conducts annual review of all vaccines given with the medical practices, ensuring reimbursement is aligned with cost. Represents the Medical Group on the Value Analysis Team (VAT), ensuring effective communication and alignment with practice needs. Drive the advancement of supply chain projects, implementation, and planning.
  • Partner with service line leadership, practice managers, practice directors and clinical teams to ensure program alignment and operational success. Coordinate project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communication for assigned initiatives. Monitor project progress, identify barriers, and facilitate solutions to ensure timely execution. Support standardization efforts and best practice adoption across practices and service lines.

Qualifications

Education

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills, enabling proactive identification of operational challenges, evaluation of risks, and development of data driven, sustainable solutions.
