POSITION SUMMARY
Operational Medical Materiel Program Manager / Logistics Management Specialist to manage operational resupply and customer support for Aeromedical Evacuation, Critical Care Air Transport Team, in-flight kit, PMI, and MEFPAK requirements. Location for this work is at Scott AFB, IL.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and validate operational supply requests; enter and process orders, receipts, issue lists, and auditable documentation from cradle to grave.
- Perform quality control of DMLSS source-document reports and maintain manufacturer recall, product complaint, and QA message files.
- Support AE, CCATT, in-flight kit, PMI, deployment, UTC, equipment, and medical supply customers and resolve process disconnects.
- Analyze customer-support trends, lead branch task tracking, and ensure actions are documented, reported, and completed.
- Prepare supply/facility reports and diagrams using DMLSS Business Objects and Drawbase and support Safe-to-Fly and test/evaluation activities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Hands-on military medical materiel/logistics experience, including DMLSS supply transactions, document control, inventory, receipts, issues, or resupply.
- Knowledge of AE, CCATT, operational kits, allowance standards, expeditionary medical logistics, or a comparable readiness mission.
- Ability to perform data quality review, audit-trail documentation, customer support, trend analysis, and program task management.
- Current Tier 3 investigation with Secret eligibility and enrollment in Continuous Vetting; ability to obtain and maintain interim or final Secret access, CAC, system access, and required Government training.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AMC/SG, MEFPAK, PMI-ATS, MRDSS, JMAR, LOGDET, TrackerLite, Business Objects, Drawbase, or Safe-to-Fly experience.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or healthcare administration; equivalent military and professional experience is acceptable.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
- Full-time, primarily onsite at Scott AFB, Illinois, during Government core hours of Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; short-notice schedule adjustments may be required.
- Telework is not guaranteed and may be authorized only when the Government and contract permit situational telework.
- The role may require CONUS/OCONUS temporary-duty travel for meetings, site surveys, training, exercises, testing, or mission support, including possible travel aboard DoD aircraft.
- This function is designated mission essential and may require reporting during weather emergencies, restricted-access periods, continuity events, or other mission-driven conditions.
Salary Range: $53 - $67 per hour
