Bring your expertise to a role where strategy meets impact. As a Senior Advisor, you will lead complex programs that improve operational performance, strengthen governance, and deliver meaningful outcomes for clients and the business. This role partners across clinical, technology, and operations teams to turn data into clear insights, optimize processes, and drive measurable results. You will play a key role in shaping how work gets done—bringing energy, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program execution across complex initiatives, ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, and performance expectations.

  • Establish and evolve governance frameworks that enable clear oversight, decision-making, and accountability.

  • Translate operational, claims, and performance data into actionable insights that inform strategy and improve outcomes.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance scalability.

  • Proactively identify risks and lead cross-functional resolution efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.

  • Partner with clinical, IT, and operations teams to implement solutions and ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.

  • Oversee reporting strategy and delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and value for stakeholders and clients.

  • Support client and stakeholder engagement through high-quality deliverables and effective communication.

  • Lead special projects and enterprise initiatives that support operational excellence and business priorities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,100 - 193,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
