Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead critical financial planning and forecasting cycles for New Product organizations, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely execution of deliverables.
  • Drive cross-functional projects involving complex business relationships, strategic initiatives, and regular engagement with senior leadership.
  • Review, monitor, and approve financial transactions and activities for assigned business areas while ensuring compliance with company policies and controls.
  • Develop comprehensive financial models, analyses, and executive-level presentations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Serve as a process integration lead and/or workstream owner for local, regional, and global finance initiatives.
  • Partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Business Units, and Supply Chain teams to provide financial insights and influence business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and process efficiencies through data-driven analysis.

  • Provides financial leadership for strategic investments in automation, digital transformation, IT systems, and capacity expansion.
  • Partners with Business Units on material strategy development and execution to optimize cost, supply continuity, and profitability.
  • Drives on-time delivery, cost performance, and customer satisfaction through strategic business partnership and financial stewardship.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
