Full Job Description
Role Overview:

The Operating Foreman is responsible for leading field crews in daily operations, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules, company standards, and client expectations. In this role you will be working alongside your crew demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to coordinate personnel, equipment, and materials while maintaining a safe and productive job site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Operations Manager to plan according to project schedules, scope of work, and daily objectives to ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are on site
  • Lead daily safety meetings to provide clear direction, task delegation, on-site expectations and check in with crew throughout the day to correct any issues early.
  • Maintain organized and safe job sites with proper staging and care of tools, equipment, and materials including inspections to address maintenance or safety concerns promptly
  • Communicate effectively with Operations Manager, crew members, and clients regarding project progress, productivity, and quality
  • Capture and maintain detailed project documentation, including photos, material tracking, time logs, receipts, and daily reports to ensure work is completed efficiently and profitably.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to project plans, company expectations, and client requirements and resolve issues proactively to minimize delays and maintain workflow efficiency
  • Perform end-of-day site inspections, crew debriefs, and planning to ensure readiness for the following workday

  • Must be able to work extended hours, including early mornings and snow events.


  • $35.00 - $45.00 per hour (based on experience and leadership level)
