As a Caravel Immigration Lawyer, you will:- Prepare and submit a wide range of immigration applications, including LMIA requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support matters such as intra-company transfer work permits, after-sales service work permits, business visitor letters, study permits, IEC work permits, visitor visas, eligibility assessments, family class permits, Express Entry applications, Express Entry + Provincial Nominee Program submissions, Start-Up Visa applications, and permanent residence applications and extensions
What You Bring:- A minimum of 10 years of relevant private practice experience
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality client service
