Business Immigration Attorney to join their team!
This is an on-site/full-time/permanent positionSalary range based on experience: $95k-$130kPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated Business Immigration Attorney with 1-5 years of experience in business immigration law. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of U.S. immigration.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applications (e.g., E/1-2, H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, EB-1/2/3 green cards, naturalization) in the business context
- Conduct client consultations and manage case intake.
- Mentor law clerks and paralegals.
- Research statutes, regulations, and case law.
- Maintain client relationships and provide strategic legal guidance.
- Participate in firm marketing and networking initiatives.
Qualifications: - J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of any U.S. Bar.
- 1-5 years of business immigration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
