Job Description

The On-Site Power Delivery Lead is responsible for leading the safe and disciplined execution of utility power delivery, substation integration, energization, and permanent power transition activities across assigned project scopes. This role serves as the primary onsite leader for power delivery operations, ensuring alignment between construction, commissioning, startup, utility providers, and operations teams during critical project phases.

This position requires strong field leadership, technical execution oversight, and the ability to drive coordination, readiness, and issue resolution in high-impact operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of assigned utility power delivery and energization scopes onsite
  • Serve as the primary field interface for utility coordination, execution alignment, milestone tracking, and issue escalation
  • Oversee substation integration, high-voltage interconnections, energization sequencing, and permanent power transitions
  • Lead readiness validation, turnover coordination, and startup activities for energized systems
  • Coordinate outages, tie-ins, live power activities, and operational constraints while driving risk mitigation and execution discipline
  • Validate installation progress, system readiness, and field execution quality during critical project phases
  • Coordinate across construction, commissioning, controls, startup, utility, and operations teams to maintain execution continuity
  • Reinforce power delivery standards, energization discipline, and accountability across project teams
  • Coach, mentor, and develop onsite power delivery personnel while building future field leadership capability
  • Support SME priorities and continuous improvement initiatives onsite

Onsite Expectations
  • Maintain a heavy daily field presence during utility coordination, substation execution, energization, startup, and turnover activities
  • Lead onsite utility meetings, readiness reviews, and energization planning discussions
  • Engage directly with field teams to validate readiness, installation progress, and operational constraints
  • Participate directly in critical outage, startup, tie-in, and live power activities


Expected Site Presence
  • 75-90% onsite/field engagement during energization, startup, and turnover phases of the project lifecycle

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
