Full Job Description
The Role

Kyndryl is seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Onsite Healthcare Enterprise Architect to join our dedicated customer engagement team. This role is embedded within a strategic client environment in Dallas, Texas, serving as a trusted advisor to the client's CTO, and senior technology leadership team while helping shape and execute the organization's healthcare technology transformation strategy.

The successful candidate will represent Kyndryl on-site with the client in Dallas, Texas and will work closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, clinical leaders, and technical teams to translate business objectives into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that deliver measurable business value. As a senior advisor to the CTO, you will provide strategic guidance on technology investments, architecture direction, modernization initiatives, operating models, and emerging technologies while ensuring alignment between clinical, operational, and technology priorities.

As the Onsite Healthcare Enterprise Architect, you will lead the development of technology strategies, reference architectures, and solution roadmaps that align with the client's business priorities, clinical operations, and technology landscape. Rather than developing proprietary platforms, Kyndryl serves as a trusted consultant, systems integrator, and orchestrator, helping clients evaluate, select, and integrate industry-leading technologies from hyperscalers, enterprise software providers, healthcare technology vendors, and emerging innovators. You will guide architectural decisions that maximize innovation while maintaining security, governance, scalability, and operational excellence across healthcare delivery environments.

Working as part of an existing client-facing account team, you will collaborate with client executives, enterprise architects, clinical and operational leaders, data teams, cybersecurity professionals, application owners, and infrastructure specialists to identify high-value technology and transformation opportunities. You will facilitate executive strategy sessions and discovery workshops, assess technology readiness, define target-state architectures and roadmaps, and oversee the integration of new capabilities into existing enterprise environments. Success in this role requires balancing strategic vision with practical execution while building trusted relationships across executive, business, clinical, and technical stakeholders.

The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in enterprise architecture, healthcare technology platforms, cloud computing, data architecture, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and modern integration patterns. Required experience includes deep familiarity with healthcare provider and hospital technology ecosystems, including Epic and Oracle Health (Cerner) EHR environments, clinical systems, revenue cycle applications, healthcare interoperability frameworks such as HL7 and FHIR, healthcare data and analytics platforms, medical imaging and ancillary systems, and digital patient engagement solutions. The successful candidate must be capable of engaging credibly with CIOs, CTOs, clinical leaders, and enterprise architects while providing strategic recommendations and leading complex technology transformation initiatives within healthcare delivery organizations.

Kyndryl currently does not require employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, however, if you are hired to work at a client, customer, or partner location, you may be required to show proof of vaccination to align with their respective COVID-19 vaccination policies. Those who believe they are eligible may apply for a medical or religious accommodation prior to the start of employment.
