Key Responsibilities
Agile release train (ART) strategy and ownership
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the ART, from roadmap planning to execution.
Define vision, features, and enhancements aligned with ART customer needs and business objectives.
Analyse user data and behaviour to drive continuous improvements.
Product & Requirement Management
Gather and document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to design and implement user requirements
Conduct UAT, validate releases, and ensure high-quality delivery.
Customer Experience & Support
Ensure the portal delivers a simple, intuitive, and reliable user experience.
Work closely with Customer Success to incorporate feedback and improve usability.
Provide support documentation, FAQs, and onboarding materials for end users.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding portal features and functionality.
Communicate releases, updates, timelines, and issues proactively.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
Track KPIs specific to Agile release train including customer satisfaction.
Identify pain points and propose data-driven optimizations.
Security & Compliance
Ensure that the delivery complies with security, privacy, and industry standards.
Coordinate with security teams to enable authentication, authorization, and audit controls

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 96366 - 150000
